Abstract

Applies to all types of dried milk. The sampling shall be made according to ISO 707. The method specified is mainly based on `Methods of enzymatic food analysis: UV-method for the determination of L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid in foodstuffs' by Boehringer Mannheim GmbH.
